Workplace Peer Support Consulting Services

Donna Hardaker is a Workplace Mental Health Specialist who co-developed the award-winning Mental Health Works program, and is an active trainer and consultant to the program. In 2003, when Donna joined the Canadian Mental Health Association, she brought expertise in communication skills training, combined with a background in psychology. More importantly, she brought her personal experience of having struggled through clinical depression and anxiety while trying to stay productive at work.

General Consulting Services on Strategic Planning for Workplace Mental Health in Organizations.

Kathy Jurgens is the National Program Manager for Mental Health Works and has been with the program since March 2007. Her passion for addressing mental health issues in the workplace is evident.   Her strengths are in the area of strategic planning and partnership building. Her role with Mental Health Works has led her to becoming the lead project developer for a new CMHA national level consortium that is designed to support organizations in their efforts to strategically address mental health issues in the workplace.
