Drawing the connection between EDIA and wellbeing in the workplace, this workshop gives participants the tools to critically self-reflect and learn EDIA strategies for promoting wellbeing in the workplace.
By the end of this session, participants will:
- Be able to define equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA) in the workplace and connect EDIA to mental health and well- being.
- Analyze and critically reflect on personal and organizational perceptions, attitudes, values, and inherent biases.
- Examine EDIA strategies to foster mental wellness in the workplace.
