EDIA Strategies
Length: 90 minutes
Drawing the connection between EDIA (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility) and well-being in the workplace, this workshop gives participants the tools to critically self-reflect and learn EDIA strategies for promoting well-being in the workplace.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Define Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA) in the workplace and connect EDIA to mental health and well-being.
- Analyze and critically reflect on personal and organizational perceptions, attitudes, values, and inherent biases.
- Apply EDIA strategies to foster mental wellness in the workplace.
