Mental Health and Hybrid Work
Length: 90 minutes
This session addresses the unique challenges that telework brings to caring for, and about, employee mental health. It will provide a high-level overview on how we can build psychologically healthy and safe workplaces when the place of work is the home.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Understand the importance of balancing personal and work life at home, and list practical strategies for supporting that balance.
- Identify signs and combat symptoms of isolation and loneliness.
- Recognize the signs of Virtual fatigue and identify strategies to minimize it.
