Ontario Guide for Workplace Accommodation

Overview of legal responsibilities of both employees and leaders in workplace accommodation and options available to employees.  

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Explain the legal roles and responsibilities of employees and employers as related to workplace accommodation.
  • Determine, identify, and evaluate reasonable accommodation options to support employees requiring mental health related accommodations.  
  • Compare facts with myths and misconceptions surrounding mental health support and accommodation in the workplace.
