This workshop provides an overview of the legal roles and responsibilities of both employees and leaders in workplace accommodation and options available to employees.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Understand the legal roles and responsibilities of employees and employers related to workplace accommodation.
• Determine, identify, and evaluate reasonable accommodation options to support employees requiring mental health-related accommodations.
